Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Turfy (“Service”), a product of Dicebag Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Turfy is a platform that enables sports organizations to manage facility bookings, scheduling, and payments. The Service allows end users to discover facilities, make bookings, and manage their sports activities.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with others
4. Bookings and payments
When you make a booking through Turfy:
- You enter into a direct agreement with the facility organization
- Payment is processed through our payment provider (Stripe)
- Cancellation and refund policies are set by each organization
- Turfy charges a platform fee on each booking as disclosed at checkout
5. SMS and mobile messaging
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Turfy about your bookings, waitlist offers, and (if you request it) one-time verification codes. SMS is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt in in Account Settings by adding a mobile number and enabling the SMS types you want. Message frequency is event-based, typically 1–5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or turn off SMS in Account Settings. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Organization responsibilities
If you represent an organization using Turfy:
- You are responsible for accurate facility and pricing information
- You must maintain valid payment processing credentials
- You are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
7. Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate another user or organization
- Collect user data without consent
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dicebag Studios and Turfy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURFY AND DICEBAG STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes and may require re-acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
